There are lots of types of passes but they must always go backwards from the passer to the catcher.
Hold the in two hands with your thumbs making a triangle.
Hold the ball above your hip and then push your arms across your body to start the pass.
Flick the ball up at the end to make it spin end over end. And finish with your hands towards the target.
