·2024-1-5Just a few horrible trollin comments from grown men and women recently… the internet is getting way too comfortable behind screens🤍 I had a recent video reach a lot of people, and with that comes a lot of love/hate, you can’t have it all. I only shot the video once so I wasn’t trying to look cute… but now I see why us women obsess over angles. The complete low level behavior in these comments of people trying their absolute best to bring down my appearance because I don’t look like a bodybuilder. Discrediting my journey, hard work and everything I’ve been putting effort into for the last decade like I’m another BS influencer. All because I’m not entitled to give any advice unless I’m jacked..if a man did it it would be completely different. Not to mention, I’m only one year postpartum and starting to feel comfortable strength training again after having a C-section that takes a long time to recover. I hope people will be kinder to the next woman they don’t know online, whether they agree with what was shared or not. You can still disagree with people without disrespecting them. I’ll keep spreading my message for the women out there that need it to get started on their own path🤍

·14h ago Everything “works” until you stop doing it. But in the real world you need to learn how to approach nutrition, training and fitness when you’re not tied to a ‘method’ like a pill, injection or fad but rather a way of life. If you want to cut the BS and get in shape for life not just weeks at a time, dm me the word ‘Ozempic’ over on my link in my bio and we’ll see exactly what you need and map out a strategy to get you there.

·3d ago No one cares. Do you and f*** those other people at the gym or wherever. I never look at people at the gym, but I do alot of correction videos I see on the internet that will help others not waste precious time.

·6d ago This is obviously in the case that results are your number one priority when it comes to working with a coach and honestly it’s saddens me to have conversations with a lot of women on consultation calls because some of them have expressed that they’ve been with the same PT for 5 to 10 years and yes, they might’ve seen some strength gains and might feel better, but they’re still 30 pounds overweight which is not cool when that’s the initial reason that they hired their coach was for weightloss/better health. And look you guys know how brutally honest I am, it’s gonna take a lot more than a few workouts to see results when it comes to losing body fat and toning up. We know that the gym is about 5 to 10% of the results. If the gym is 5-10%, accountability, nutrition and mindset carry most of the other 90%. At @empowhercoaching_ we’re completely inclusive which means you receive all the levels of coaching you need in one place so that we can get to the root of the problem and create a solution. if you need some help, don’t be shy 🤍

·1w ago You can be sweating buckets doing alot of things, is it an indicator that you’re expending energy? Yes, is an indicator of a good or bad workout? No. You won’t always sweat.
