Getting into cars with strangers always has its risks, so I take a fair amount of precautions in order to stay safe as a woman. At first the drivers are shocked when I spray paint the wheel of the car, but I always gently explain to them that I do it so that the car can easily be tracked in case something happens. They always understand.
