Jakarta - Towards the end of 2024, the Ministry of Agriculture (Ministry of Agriculture) through the Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health (Directorate General of PKH) inaugurated a number of officials within the scope of the Directorate General of PKH. The inauguration ceremony took place on Friday, December 13, 2024, at the Directorate General of PKH, Jakarta. A total of 33 employees were inaugurated, consisting of 5 structural officials, 9 Working Team Leaders, and 19 functional officials.
Director General of Livestock and Animal Health, Agung Suganda, led the inauguration directly. In his speech, Agung emphasized that promotion, rotation, and mutation are part of organizational dynamics aimed at increasing employee motivation and professionalism.
"Today's inauguration is very special because it coincides with the commemoration of World Anti-Corruption Day. I want to emphasize the importance of maintaining integrity. As directed by the Minister, any irregularities, no matter how small, must be reported," said Agung.
He also asked the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Directorate General of PKH in areas that do not yet have the predicate of Free Area of Corruption (WBK) to immediately clean up. "Next year, all UPT should be able to achieve the predicate of WBK and build a system of prevention of Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN)," he added.
In this inauguration, Agung emphasized the importance of the principle of meritocracy in filling positions. He stressed that officials must show optimal performance and adhere to high standards of integrity.
"There is no room for leisure. Any official must be readily replaced if they do not show appropriate performance or violate integrity," he said firmly.
He hopes that the newly appointed officials will adapt immediately and carry out their basic duties and functions well. Agung also appealed to all employees to be active in the prevention and eradication of KKN and stay away from despicable acts.
With this inauguration, the Ministry of Agriculture hopes that the spirit of hard work, responsibility, and integrity will continue to be a work culture within the Directorate General of PKH.
